Why shops switch
Your counter, before
and after anxe.
Without anxe
- ✕Customers send files to your personal WhatsApp, and your phone fills up with strangers' documents.
- ✕Pen drives bring viruses to your shop computer.
- ✕A queue forms while you download, rename and print files one by one.
- ✕You find out the paper ran out when a customer complains.
- ✕Whose file was this? Orders get mixed up.
With anxe
- ✓Files arrive straight on your counter computer, sorted by order number.
- ✓Nothing to plug in and nothing to download. Only real PDFs and photos get through.
- ✓Customers order from the queue or from home. You just press Print.
- ✓A sound and an on-screen alert the moment a printer jams or runs out.
- ✓Every order has a number, a name, copies, colour and sides.
Your own web address
Your shop,
one scan away.

- Works on any phone browser. Nothing for customers to install.
- Secure HTTPS, with no router settings or static IP needed.
- Every order gets a number to show at the counter.

Private by design
Files go straight to your counter.
Uploaded files are saved on your shop's own computer, not on our servers. Aadhaar copies, marksheets and bank papers stay between your customer and you.
- Only PDF, JPG and PNG are accepted, and every file is checked.
- Up to 10 files and 60 MB per order.
- Built-in limits stop anyone from flooding your shop with junk uploads.

Printer alerts
Knows when the paper
runs out. Before you do.
anxe watches your printer all day. A jam, an empty tray, an open cover or a printer that's switched off shows up instantly, with a sound and plain instructions to fix it.

B&W printer: Out of paper. Load paper into the tray.
Never prints twice
A jammed job waits in the queue and carries on when you fix it. anxe never re-sends it on its own, so no duplicate copies.
Checks before it sends
If the printer is offline or empty, the order waits instead of disappearing into a dead printer.
Reminds you until it's fixed
The alert repeats every minute, so a busy counter can't miss it.
