Privacy policy
Last updated: [DATE]
This policy explains how [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] (“anxe”, “we”) handles personal data. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Shop owners
When you sign up we collect your name, shop name, email, phone number and billing details. We use them to run your account, bill you, send service messages and give support. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay. We don't see or store full card numbers.
The anxe app sends us technical information needed to run your shop address: the app version, whether it's online, and the names of the printers you've chosen.
Your customers and their files
- When a customer sends an order, their name, optional phone number, print options and files go to your shop computer. anxe does not store these files on its servers.
- Files travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection through our network provider, Cloudflare, which carries the data but doesn't keep it.
- As the shop, you decide how long to keep customers' files on your computer, and you're responsible for keeping them private.
Who we share data with
Only with providers we need to run anxe: Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (secure connections and hosting) and our hosting provider. We don't sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time, apart from records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Our grievance officer is [GRIEVANCE OFFICER NAME], reachable at the same address.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell account holders about important changes.
